I need Help in identifying my tortoise. He is not eating anything and is always sleeping. We live in the UAE and I am not sure who I should consult. I also noticed that his lower beak has grown and is covering his top beak.

Pls help.

It has a deformed carapace so it's quite a challenge to identify. I think it could be Testudo ibera. Does it have something noticeable on each thigh ?

It's right eye looks infected (possibly.) 

It's claws are worn down, suggesting that it has been desperately trying to escape from where it has been kept.

How long have you had it & what is it's background ?

Please give as much detail as possible about it, including how (exactly) you are keeping it. 

What food did it eat ? What food are you offering ?

Given you live in UAE - what is the temperature regime where it is kept ?
