I know its ridiculous to hope that I may be re-united with my tortoise Freda after 7 years but I have only just found this site, and I'll try anything. I'd owned Freda for 29 years and her disappearance caused much distress. Her details were posted on every lost and found site that we could find at the time and adverts were placed everywhere to no avail. I don't know if she was stolen from her run in the garden or if she climbed out. Each year she went to the chelonia group for her MOT and I have a good photo of her plastron which they took. She weighed 2530 grams and was 22.5 cms in length She was lost from Wythall in the West Midlands. I attach the photo
