Mongo - 11-12 year old Lebanese Spur-Thighed Male Tortoise
Posted: 01/02/2013 by TPGDarren

Mongo is a 11-12 year old male Spur-Thighed Tortoise of Lebanese origin. Mongo can be really feisty and aggressive; it’s common for him to chase people round the garden and He regularly bites your feet/shoes.  He is very confident with people and will happily take food from the hand. He has only ever been hibernated once He is a real character and the current keepers will be sorry to see him go and want to ensure he goes to a good home that can offer him a better environment and more attention.

If you have already completed a rehoming application form, we haven’t e-mailed you for further information and you are interested in rehoming any of the tortoises we have available, please e-mail us at rehoming@tortoise-protection-group.org.uk.

Have you re-homed Mongo yet as I would be interested and have experience in this type of tortoise and its habits.
