PLEASE HELP ME

right so here is my problem i have a hermans tortoise but that is where my problem is, i was going to sell him even tho i did not really want to i found out that i have to get him chipped to sell him i think as he is over 100mm so sounding straight ford so far but on my paper work he is a spur-thighed tortoise but i know for a fact he is a hermans tortoise and now i int got a clue what to do now im at a lose any help would be grate as i really need some help

A vet will micro-chip it.
Then ring 0117 372 8749 Wildlife Licensing (DEFRA). You say the species is wrong, Was it from a pet trader?
