How often should I do a big clean out of my indoor tortoise enclosure because everywhere I look it says different things

Hello Alice,
In most subjects , there are different opinions, you have to make a judgment. It depends on the size of the table, how big the tort is, the temperature regime & so on.
As it's Summertime torts are best outside, are'nt they?
