Hi

I have been keen for a number of years to look after a tortoise but research led me to believe this wasn't possible due to currently living in a flat. However I would be keen to find out if it is possible to foster? I know this website has an extensive application process and before going through that I wanted to find out from someone knowledgable whether this is possible and what exactly is involved in the fostering process with this particular site.
I have seen some horrible websites that seem to sell tortoises like they are commodities and it really made me cross.
