Hi, I have some leopard tortoise eggs in incubator laid 17/6/14. On saturday 11/10 i had one pip, unfortunately it hasnt moved or done anything since then, the egg sac is still visible. As this is my first ever batch could someone pls advise what i should or shouldnt do. Thanks | |

Hello, With the yolk sac still visible, it is a matter of patience. Mist the egg every few hours. Regards, Tom Well done, 'though it's regrettable that the species is allowed to be imported into our unsuitable climate. | |

Thank you for the photo, It doesn't look too good. The egg would normally be 'full'. Does it seem to be alive? Have you tried gently touching a leg to see if there is a response. From what can see I'm not optimistic, I'm afraid. Please update us. Tom | |
