Please sign my petition on the Downing Street site requesting the Govt apply pressure on the Chinese to reduce animal cruelty in China. Animals are being subjected to truly horrendous cruelty.Tortoises and turtles suffer a gruesome death. It is easy to feel that nothing can be done, but the Chinese have just had to invent a new character to their language.animal rights because they had no word for it and they got fed up writing a whole sentence every time it was mantioned. This alone is progress.

This petition is only up until the end of the year. Please sign and encourage all your friends and other members to do so
