I am very interested in rehoming a tortoise to become part of our family and wanting to build a suitable outdoor enclosure so that I am eligible to rehome one. I have never had a tortoise and have been doing lots of research as well as looking at the example enclosures on here but needs some advice. If using a cold frame enclosure which then opens up into a secure tortoise garden, do you need a heat lamp inside as well?
