Lillibet isn’t eating much and seems to rub her eyes a lot, I bathe them both every day in this cold weather and feed them fresh mixture of greens.

I use sterile top soil for their substrate and meadow hay for their sleeping area plus a base of soil to snuggle down in. Is this hay wrong for them, Alice is doing really well weighing at 111/2oz eating well and Lillibet 4oz not eaten for three days, but has weed and pooed in the water. 

How can I tell if her eyes are sore as they look bright to me .thank you
