Hi, Do you just put lime stone lour in a dish and leave in the enclosure or should I sprinkle over food? They already have nutrobol on food and cuttlefishbones which they don't really touch. Thanks,

Hi Nina, Sorry if I sound stupid!!! I only feed my torts every other day and their food has nutrobol on so when it isn't their food day should I just leave a dish of the limestone flour in their enclosure then? Thanks, Row

LOL -- not stupid at all! I feed my tort six days a week, and so was thinking along those lines, but yes, I think it would be fine to leave a dish in their enclosure. That way it is their choice as to whether they eat it. I do find that the little limestone flour cakes (see previous message) are nice, and it means the limestone flour tends to stay in one place and not get walked through and tracked all over the place, but try it loose (lots of people do it this way) and see how it goes.
