a big hello to everyone from me   i'm often passing through so this time i thought i'd better come say hello and introduce myself here

i'm finding my way round slowly but struggling to upload pics in the member's gallery

oh i just learned how to use the smilies  so that's a good start

Hi Sue, and welcome to the forum! Am really looking forward to seeing your photos (as I think you might have some lovely babies to show us {g}. I think you have to reduce your photos to upload them, but if you are having trouble, you can send them to helen@tortoise-protection-group.org.uk and she will help you (sorry, Helen -- I'm a wimp when it comes to uploading photos!).

Hi there Sue and

Good to hear we have another passionate tort keeper in our midst.  Pictures are easy to load once you've learnt how to do it.  Have you read the instructions at the left hand side of the gallery?  You do need to reduce their size before uploading and if you use an apostrophe or an & in the picture file name it won't upload either.

If you can't manage it let me know and upload them for you, but if I do it you won't have any control over your own album; so I'll try and talk you through it instead lol.  we'll get the pics up so don't worry.

Just though I would say hi and !!  I had huge problems uploading pictures. I then downloaded PIXresizer (found when entered into a search engine!!)  It is really easy to use, just have to make sure you reduce the image to 25%!  I have pic's under Jens Tortoises if you wana take a look! What kinda torts you keep?

I just love the pic of Bert hogging all the goodies.  Poor Ernie looks so patient.  I also  have 1 that spreadeagles herself over all the food too .
