Hi everyone

Hope the weather is kind to us all over the bank holiday, and we all enjoy the time with our torts. I thought I was going to sit back and observe what my Keya & Molly do whilst I am at work  but after a conversation last night, that has changed , I will be changing both of their basking areas. Originally I have made a big slope with substrate and a couple of big rocks to simulate a backing hill, but really I should have  put something more to conduct the heat, like a paving slab, slate or gravel, so now I will be redoing that, Keya she will love it, any changes are exciting, Molly well bless her she doesn't like change very much so I will introduce her to it gradually. Anyway everyone have a lovely Bank holiday

Ditto, with a bit of weed picking and dog walking thrown in too. Isn't life so much happier  when the sun shines.

hmm I picked lots of plantain yesterday on my way back from reflexology. luckily they had not cut the grass outside our local surgery and there are some large plantains growing. I also popped some round for a neighbour's torty too.
