Hi Jane, to post a picture, click the 'upload' word (written above the red turtle!) a new box will appear asking you to browse your files for your picture. When you have double clicked your picture, press the 'add files' button and go back to your message and press submit, and it should automatically appear. It is on a timer though, so you have to do it quickly or it times out, also, the picture have to be small in size or they wont load. Any problems, send your pictures to us and we will upload them for you. I'm intrigued to see them now!! Vivienne

Hi
I have posted pictures of the enclosure in the members gallery- need abit of revamping but I think they give you an idea of what we have tried to do- Keya loves it. As the pen it is so long keya has a hot and cold area dependant upon the weather that day, well she has chosen to do it that way herself, which works really well. Hope you enjoy Tortoise7- Jane

Hi Jane Keyas enclosure is lovely and I do love her little house on the plateau. In fact it is all very nice. Just one point though (sorry I always seem to have something to note) if the lamp in her house is UVB then it is way too high for her to be getting any benefit. If it's for heating only then it is fine. Helen

Hi Helen Very happy to have any comments and advice I am here to learn!! yes that was an issue for me too, but I have lowered it now temporary, I feel I am going to get on better with the 2 separate lamps (Heat & UV) as our weather is so unpredicatable, and then I can get a temperature thermastat fitted. Luckily the weather here in Northampton has been perfect torty weather and that means a happy worry free torty mum I am glad you think it is OK we have tried to give her a variety, further up the pen there is tunnel and about 3 different hiding places, luckily she is not shy and investigates everything thoroughly giving her approval or disapproval. You photo gallery is great, Jane, and the captions are really informative. Keya has such a brilliant outdoor enclosure, and I love the tunnel. I made a sort of above ground tunnel with one of those curved roofing tiles, and I covered it with soil and planted sedums on top, so it would have a sedum roof, but Doris kept climbing up it and eating all the sedum, so now it has a little log-roll wall around the sedum roof. I might just turf it like you did yours.

Hi Nina Thanks for your comments Nina. Keya likes to get ontop of her tunnel but will only go through it if I am with her, and have my hand at the other end, she then emerges all puffed up like she is really brave!!
