We have been asked to find a forever home for a rather handsome male Leopard, currently living in the Salisbury area of Wiltshire. He is believed to be around 5-6 years old and weighs 1080 grammes (he may be slightly older). He doesn't appear to have any apparent health problems, has a large outdoor run with free access to weeds/grasses and seems to have lived rather well! As with all rehomers, we would recommend that a faecal sample is checked by a good tortoise vet to check for worms within the first 6 months. Pictures of this tortoise are available on request, but please bear in mind that Leopards need LOTS of room both indoors and outdoors and will grow to be BIG tortoises......this is a huge consideration before taking on this species. If you would like to offer this tortoise a new home, please contact the rehoming team at rehoming@tortoise-protection-group.org.uk with the email subject line 'Leopard/Wiltshire'. The rehoming application form can be found in the Rehoming Section of this website, you will need to download it into your documents, complete it and attach it to your email. Any problems, please let us know, and if you have already completed an application, please let us know when you apply. Jo

Just to say that we have now found a home for this tortoise, and many thanks to everyone who applied. If you were unsuccessful in your application, please don't be discouraged, as you will certainly be considered for future re-homings.
