Hi There, I bought a Winter seed mix for my baby, I would like a little bit of advice on setting myself up with growing all this in pots in my garden.I have lots of large pots that I can use just for containing weeds.How long do these seeds take before I can use to feed my little one?

You can use the weeds as soon as they are big and established enough.  Just remember to plant the seeds in soil from your garden (not grow bags or bought soil as it is too rich), the poorer the soil the better the weeds will grow, and no need to water them with chemicals, the rain water is ok.  Make sure they get plenty of light, if you plant any indoors.
