Juvenile Hermanns - Wirrel Posted: 26/10/2009 by tpgarlene |

Hello The Tortoise Protection Group have been asked to find a new home for a juvenile hermanns called Herb. Herb is around 2 yrs old and weighs 258g, and looks to be female, although this is not definite. Herb's owners bought her from a pet shop at Easter this year, with much of the usual pet shop advice. After doing their research, they have come to the sad conculsion that as much as they love Herb, they cannot provide her with the accommodation she needs, and they dont really have any outdoor space for her. If you would like to offer Herb a new home, please contact the Rehoming Team at rehoming@tortoise-protection-group.org.uk with the email subject line 'Herb, Wirrel Hermanns'. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY THROUGH THIS FORUM. The rehoming application form can be found in the Rehoming Section of this website:- Many thanks Arlene TPG

Hi Arlene, I'm new to this site, I've thinking about getting another tortoise for a while. I have both a male (Eddie) and a female (Una) hermanns. Has Herb found a home yet? Jo
