Komodo Complete Tortoise Food, What is this??? Doesn't look very appetising, I looks like powdery substance. Does anyone know how this is good for Tortoises?

Ive never heard of this one but there are plenty on the market and none of them are good for tortoises, they are very high in protein and only encourage quick growth which is not good.
