Thank You everyone for your good luck messages. The meeting went very well and Andrew Rosindell M.P. was very responsive to our concerns.

Just to add to what Darren has written the day was absolutely amazing and we were treated like VIPs, we even sat in on a vote in the house of commons and saw Alistair Darling, Anne Widdicombe and John Prescott. We even shook hands with Ben Bradshaw (ex animal welfare minister) who was the one to push through the recent animal welfare bill (AWB) and banned the importation of birds for the pet trade after the outbreak of avian flu. A thoroughly tiring but enjoyable day and a real eye opener. Thank you to all our members for your ongoing support, we wouldnt be where we are now without you. Ali

Any indication on a result from this meeting yet, or has the coming general election got all MPs more concerned with their future rather than the future of animals?
Need I ask?!?!?! | |
