Think we've turned the corner, :-) I fitted a extra lamp with a red low heat bulb which hangs about 7/8 inches above his hide temps min 23 degrees all night, the temps in our house weren't falling really low but on average about 16degrees but he obviously needed to be that bit warmer at night, also been bathed twice a day with reptoboost, Now he's eating again :-) and strongly tussles with it, only curly leaf lettuce at the moment but its a start, :-) I feel so much happier, Thanks again for your advice xx
