Unfortunately the Megaray I have has never worked properly since day one.I contacted Kimbos but never got a reply.Is there an alternative type of lighting/UV I can use for my tort that I can get easily.?

I am now usingba Powersun and seem to be getting on much better with it........have now got a happy tort so Im really pleased.
