I've checked on ebay and the first number has gone but the second one (190369417860) is still there, would someone else mind reporting this as well, the more complaints they get the better chance of getting it removed. 

There is a blue 'report this item' tag on the right hand side just click this and there is a tick drop down box to complete.

I just checked the second one again and it sold!! The listing wasnt removed/stopped. Someone won it by bidding!! We should all complain to eBay!! This is discusting!!

I am utterley disgusted that eBay allowed the sale of this Tortoise and its viv!! I am now considering closing my account, I am furious! It sold for £155.00...eBay have broken their own rules!! They are going to get a very strong Email from me!!

I just received a autoamted reply to my complaint regarding the sale of this tortoise on eBay, They are looking into this...The can remove the individual from ebay! But this isnt satisfactory in my eyes, the listing includes a tortoise and they allowed this sale to continue! I am furious!!! I may consider TS, This is a discrace
