The TPG have an adult Hermanns tortoise that was found wandering down a road in Lingfield Surrey on 2/8/2008. This is over two weeks ago and we are still no nearer to finding the owner. PLEASE be extra vigilante if you live in Lingfield, Edenbridge, East Grinstead and Dormansland or any other area in this vicinity and look out for any notices in veterinary clinics, pet shops and newsagents etc or if you see any notices on lamp posts. We really need to get this tortoises back to its owner. Ali, TPG

Haywards Heath: 8 year old Hermans Tortiose escaped from our (what we thought) secure garden. We are desperate to find him, any info would be great. I looked it up and its only about half an hour away from where the tortoise was found so I thought I'd let you know just in case, it was posted on the 1st of August I'll give you the link to the website I found it on if you like
