Our beloved Horsefield (ironically named Rover!)escaped for 5 weeks and has only just been found - very close by I might add, despite finger tip searches! Do any owners have recommendations for security? Is micro-cipping recommended? Any clever safe ways of making them easier to spot from a distance?

Do you let him have the run of the garden? If so you need to get him in a built in enclosure as horsfields are renowned escape artists and he will continue to escape. You might like to read up on our horsfield caresheet which you will find here...
