Hi have had my tortoise tammy in fridge hibernation for two weeks now.She weighed 257gms before she went in 1st week she lost 4 gms week 2 she put 2 gms back on,is this normal.I plan to hibernate for 6 weeks.

Just wondering how accurate your scales are? Have you checked them against say bought tins of food, weighed same thing twice for consistency? Weight change is such a small % of total. I would not be worried, just intrigued...! David in York
