just finish table have put 50 50 top soil and play sand in it is very dry and dustdey should i make it wet or dam

Hi,  its usually quite damp when you first put the sand/soil in straight from the bags.  If it is very dry and dusty, you can fine mist spray it with lukewarm water, do this first thing in the morning to replicate the morning dew.

Just to add from experience, make sure you don't spray near the lighting, as it could turn out to be expensive
