Help please anyone Just set up my tortoise table. Got my megaray bulb set up above table and mixed play sand and top soil together 50 50 mix and my hermann tortoise keeps eating it. Don't know if to take her out and put her back into her vivarium for moment. Really worried she might do herself some damage. She is well hydrated had a bath this morning and this evening. Can any one help. Don't want her back in vivarium but am worried about her in table with soil and sand mix I am wondering if to put the pellet substrate she has in her vivarium into the table but I was just trying to do the right thing with soil/sand substrate. Will it damage her if she continues this Bubbles

I will try that and see how she goes. I do have cuttlefish in all the time and she loves it so it is definately worth trying Will she damage herself if she does continue to eat it like this thank you Darren

Thank you for the advice with cuttlefish. Bubbles has now stopped eating her substrate and seems to be happy in her new home. Racing around table doing circuits and enjoying herself. Your a Star
