I live in South Africa and have a Leopard Tortoise.  I just went out to feed her and it looks like she has her intestines coming out her bottom.  She is walking and eating.

Hi and , are the 'insides' still out?  If they are and will not go back in, then you must take the tortoise to a specialist tortoise vet, as it may have a prolapse that needs putting back inside.

If it is only 'flashing' occasionally and the organs go back inside, it could be that you have a male tortoise that is 'flashing' his penis.
