I have a 2 year Hermann and just weighed him, he is 300g and is 10cm long(shell), anyone know if thats ok??? | |

Hi, That does seem large for a 2 year old. What are you feeding him and how often? It is very easy to overfeed them in the first few years and can lead to shell deformaties if fed the wrong diet and too much. Also what set up do you keep him in? Ali | |

Hi oh no i thought he was getting big quick!! i feed him twice a day with komodo complete with lettice sometimes some fruit!! He lives in a vivarium with heated lamp and heated mat etc...am hoping to hibernate this year, will need advice nearer the time!!!I am new at this!!! | |
