Our 2 year old spur thighed tortoise escaped or was taken from her garden enclosure on 1st July 2011 in Harpenden, Hertfordshire. She is about 5 inches long and has a bow shaped marking on her shell above her neck.  She is much missed and our children are particularly upset at losing her. If anyone hears about a tortoise being found in the area or is offered one for sale we would be grateful for information.
